About the Role
Diamond Cellar seeks a dynamic Patek Philippe Salon Manager to lead sales operations at one of our premier locations. This role is perfect for a results-driven professional with luxury sales management experience, diamond expertise, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service standards and optimizing sales performance through strategic planning and team leadership.
Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, engaging with clients to close high-revenue sales, analyzing sales data to identify trends, and managing the entire sales process from order to fulfillment. You will also collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to enhance lead generation and act as a brand ambassador, representing Diamond Cellar with integrity.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a management role, preferably in luxury sales. Strong leadership skills, experience managing high-revenue clients, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and expertise in diamond and jewelry sales are highly valued. Analytical, negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team by example, setting and tracking sales targets and KPIs.
- Dive into sales calls and in-person client interactions to close sales and manage high-revenue client relationships.
- Analyze sales data to generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop expert knowledge of our systems and processes, acting as a subject matter expert in the sales department.
- Foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and white glove service.
- Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from order creation to fulfillment.
- Identify emerging markets and shifts, keeping abreast of new products and competitors.
- Continually enhance knowledge of the business climate and lead cross-functional projects to improve CRM, reporting, and client service levels.
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and other departments to enhance lead generation and brand promotion.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the organization's reputation both in and out of the office.
- Flexibly adapt to the growing and changing needs of the business.
- Maintain clients’ needs for all of Diamond Cellar’s offerings.
- Complete Diamond Cellar University Level 3 within 6 months of hire date.
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in luxury sales operations, consulting, or analysis.
- Successful track record as a sales manager, with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing high-revenue clients.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office.
- Expertise in diamond and jewelry sales is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify sales trends and patterns.
- Exceptional negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
- Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints in a complex business environment.
